We plan to hold quarterly membership meetings the month following each calendar quarter.  This meeting will be the first and we will focus on approving legal changes to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, as well as elect officers for the coming fiscal year (starts July).  We will also share information about our progress and plans as we rebuild a viable and sustainable carving club for the Portland Metro area.

Please register so we can notify you if there are any changes.  Members will get copies of documents to review ahead of time by email.
